How you’re cared for is essential to you living at home. Our experienced, registered nurses can visit you and provide advice, support, care and training.

Our caring and qualified nursing staff will meet with you and your family to understand your nursing needs and develop a plan for training your support team. This may include:

• Advice on tasks to be included in your support plan
• Providing intensive specialised nursing training to suit your needs
• Monitoring and reviewing your support plan with you and your team to identify clinical issues and to enable supports to work well

To ensure that everyone knows how to best care for you, our nurses offer specialised training in areas including but not limited to:

• Support for people living with chronic health conditions
• Medication management
• Gastrostomy care
• Tracheostomy care
• Ventilation care and oxygen therapy
• Assessment, treatment and management of wounds
• Diabetes education
• Catheter care and continence care
• Stoma care
• Support and advice regarding palliative care
